Pagoda Website Design Process

Phase 1 (Planning and Agreement)
1.1 Initial phone and email conversations about what the goals of the client are.
1.2 Maintenance and hosting discussed if needed.
1.3 A verbal agreement is made to create graphic design mockups of the layout and design of the new website or application.
1.4 Mock up 1 is reviewed by client, and changes are made if necessary.
1.5 If necessary, Client revision 2 is made, changes made, mockup finalized.
1.6 List of all required functionality created and approved. Quote created and sent for signed approval.
1.7 After quote approval, project is ready to be started! Initial payment of 25% of quote is accepted as down payment, and Phase 2 begins.

Phase 2 (Construction)
2.1 Pagoda team goes to work! Progress reports are given to managers and necessary changes are made along the way. Project is completed in a timely manner specified by signed quote. Job is completed within alotted time.
2.2 Once website is project is complete, Client Revision 3 takes place, and revision changes are made to live model.
2.3 If necessary, Client Revision 4 (final changes) are completed.
2.4 Signed document of completion approved.
2.5 Final payment is accepted (75% of agreement).
2.6 Client is extremely happy and tells all of his or her friends.

Phase 3 (Maintenance and Hosting)
3.1 Hosting plan initiated.
3.2 Custom maintenance plan is followed through.
3.3 Pagoda follows up with client regularly to ensure happiness.
